2nd Meet (UTA)

Hello fam and friends! As promised I'm back with an update. Today Trecey competed at University of Texas at Arlington throwing the discus for the first time this season. She finished 1st with a best throw of 180 feet twelve feet from her career best mark of 192 ft 4 inches. Not bad for the first competition this year. LONDON SHE'S COMING! Thanks for your time. God Bless!

First Meet of 2012

Well Trecey opened up the season this past saturday at the Louisiana Classics Meet hosted by University Louisiana at Lafayette. It was her first time competing unattached from former her NSU Lady Demon Track and Field Teammates but it helped that they were there also. She only threw the shot out, saving the discus for this weekend at UTA. Eventhough she won, Trecey's performance was not what she expected. Every since the meet she has been drilling, watching film, and practicing trying to correct her mistakes. The wrist is still a very big pain in the butt but it will not stop this journey, Trecey has too much fight in her to quit now. Well friends and fam I will be back later this week to update you with the results from the UTA meet and whats going on with TEAM REW-HOOVER!

 THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

  GOD BLESS

Catching Up

Hello friends and family! I'm sorry for the wait our family has been so busy with me coaching 2 sports in season, Trecey training and competing, and Rie has started praise dancing and playing Tee-ball again. However; the dream is still alive and team Rew-Hoover is moving towards London Olympics. Well let me catch you up on whats been going on. With only a internship to finish Trecey DROPPED OUT of Grad school! Yes I know, WTH! (lol) but that shows her dedication to this dream. She has also started two a day practices to get more work in. Rie is growing up so fast, losing teeth left and right (lol). She is so excited about starting praise dancing, i guess thats the end of our dance battles at home. Meanwhile I'm still holding it down at the alma mater trying to inspire at least one student a day. Our family has been blessed with love, faith and guidance from our heavenly father. So please continue to pray for our strength to keep up with these schedules.
